Eligibility & account
You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it, and you agree to provide accurate information.
Acceptable use
You may not post illegal, misleading, fraudulent, or spam content; you may not publish another person's phone/WhatsApp number or personal information without their consent; you may not harass others or abuse the Site. Violations lead to content removal and account bans.
Content & licence
You own the content you submit. You grant the Site a limited, royalty-free licence to display it on the platform. You can remove your content at any time.
Transactions are between users
All transactions happen between users, in person. The Site provides no payment, delivery, or buyer protection, and never asks for payment details.
Fees
Posting individual listings is free. Paid storefront/subscription packages for businesses may be offered later, with terms stated at that time.
Termination
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms and to suspend accounts.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Turkish Republic of North Kıbrıs.
